Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — and I want to sincerely apologize. You deserved better, and the frustrations you've described are completely valid. The slow support response times, the unstyled blocks, and the lack of clear communication around updates are all things we own fully, and I'm sorry we let you down.
I want to be transparent about what happened with Listimia v1. When we originally launched it, WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) was just beginning to emerge as the new standard for theme development. We found ourselves at a crossroads — do we keep patching the classic theme, or do we invest our energy into building something truly future-proof on the new FSE architecture? We made the call to go all-in on FSE, which we genuinely believed was the right long-term decision for our users. In hindsight, we should have communicated that roadmap far more clearly, and kept v1 better maintained in the meantime. That's on us.
We also recently discovered that a number of support tickets — potentially including yours — were being silently captured by our spam filter. This is something we've since fixed, but I'm truly sorry if your messages went unanswered as a result. That's an inexcusable gap in our process.
The good news is that Listimia v2 is now available, and it brings several major advantages:
- Built with WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) for long-term compatibility
- Much easier customization using blocks and patterns
- Better compatibility with GeoDirectory markup and updates
- More flexible design control without coding
- Faster development and more active ongoing support
